Toyota Highlander

In 2008 Toyota released the Highlander Hybrid to the truck-buying market. The Highlander came in five configurations: Hybrid, Hybrid Limited, Base, and Sport. The Hybrid configuration is powered by the 3.3-liter six-cylinder engine, which makes 23 highway miles and 17 city. The Highlander competes in the Sport Utility market segment, in direct competition with Hyundai.

The 4-door F-150 is especially appealing to wide market segment, making it a perfect truck to help Ford as a brand in general.

The Chevrolet Express 1500 LS for 2008

The restyled Express 1500 LS is equipped with a 5.3-liter eight-cylinder engine that utilizes 16 valves. The Vortec engine is mated to a General Motors four-speed transmission. This has resulted in an increase in horsepower and torque over the 2007 version.

A Better 2008′s Model: The Lexus GS450h for 2009

A high point in the sedan market is the Lexus GS450h. In 2009 Lexus rolled out an upgraded version of the GS450h with one versions: Base. Sales for the GS450h, especially the GS450h Base, were brisk during 2009 and 2010. The improved reliability and the sporty styling were responsible for the increased interest.
