Ford Escape

In 2009 Ford released the Escape Limited Hybrid to the truck-buying market. The Escape came in five configurations: Hybrid, Limited Hybrid, XLS, and XLT. The Limited Hybrid configuration is powered by the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, which makes 23 highway miles and 17 city. The Escape competes in the Sport Utility market segment, in direct competition with Lexus.

Ford Escape

One of the staples of the Sport Utility segment is the Ford Escape. In the previous model year released a brand new version of the Escape with four versions: Hybrid, Limited, XLS, and XLT. Sales for the Escape, especially the Escape Hybrid, were brisk during 2007 and 2008. The improved vehicle quality and the classic styling were responsible for the sales boost.
